THESE LETTERS WERE SENT IN ERROR AND ARE BEING CORRECTED. Southwest ENT's doctors remain contracted with Cigna and Blue Cross/Blue Shield after January 1, 2010 without interruption. We apologize for the confusion caused by this error.
